My first guest blogger

This is my sister. She's guest-blogging today, and I have promised (in exchange for permission to post this photo, which she's not wild about) to let her say anything she wants. [Gulp.] So here she is....

Hi,
Brenda's Favorite Sister here, guest blogging for Brenda. She cannot blog for you today, because I am demanding her time and attention.

Some things you should know:
  • I am her ONLY sister. So the whole "favorite" thing is just to make me feel special. Which, surprisingly, it does.
  • She really does make delicious scones. Even made me some for breakfast this morning. I think there is a recipe on her website. You should check it out and make some.
  • I am not a writer. No doubt a shock as you read this, but true nonetheless. I just wanted to get her away from her computer this morning, so I insisted on guest-blogging rights in order for her to take some hideous pictures of me (I have a bad head cold, no make up...not even sure if I had brushed my hair!)
  • The orchid (previously discussed on the blog) is not dead yet, and actually appears to be surviving quite nicely.

And now that I have her distracted and away from her office, that's all for me.

Hope you all have a lovely day....I know I will....I get to spend some time with my favorite sister.

Hi Brenda's sister,

Nothing like spending time with your sisters. I have two and I love hanging out with them.

Enjoy your day together.

I took her to the airport a couple of hours ago. It sure was fun having her here.

Well even though she's now winging her way home, Hi to Brenda's sister.

Brenda...you didn't even tell us her name. And by the way, I caught the orchid remark. I bet you paid her to say that because I didn't see the orchid in the picture with the roses!

Bonnie, I think she likes being semi-anonymous. ;-)

And the orchid is over by the other window.

By the way, if you click on the picture you can make it big and see how cute my sister is even without makeup. You can also see that it's been a while since I dusted my desk.
