Last week I added a link to the right-hand column for those of you who would like to get this blog in your e-mail every day. Although you'll miss seeing the M&Ms at the top of this page (that photo still makes me giggle), you'll never miss a post. If you want to try it, just enter your e-mail address in the little box and then hit "Subscribe me!" You won't get any junk mail, just my daily blog entries.
Are you new around here? Please leave a comment. And don't be shy about giving us a link to your blog or website.
If you like (or hate) one of these posts, why not e-mail it to a friend? See the tiny envelope at the bottom of this post? Click it. And don't worry--I won't see what you write to your friend and I won't be collecting any e-mail addresses.
Are you a blogger? I check Technorati a couple of times each week to see who's linking to No rules. If you put a permanant link on your main page, I'll take a look at your blog and in most cases, link back to you.
If you're a regular reader of No rules and you write or come across a bookish or writerly blog post or article you think I'd be interested in blogging about here, please let me know. If I use your tip you'll get a public thanks with a link to your website or blog.
The Q & A Free-for-all is still open for your questions. Ask me anything about "writing, life, and the writing life."
And finally, do you have any questions, comments, or gripes about this blog's appearance or its contents? Let's hear 'em!

you took a picture of your sister, but I still haven't seen a picture of the flower. Is it still alive?
Ah. Glad you asked. Yesterday the last bloom fell off. Which is not to say the plant's dead; only resting. But I don't know whether I'm supposed to cut the flower spike back or not. I assume it will send up a new one?
But, no--really--it isn't dead.
Yet.
