Foods that cannot be improved by either salsa or chocolate sauce:
1. sushi rice
2. cream of mushroom soup
3. black licorice
4. sweet pickles
5. lobster
This isn't as easy as it looks. Here's another imagination-stretcher:
I will not eat ___ in ___:
1. I will not eat saucy chicken wings in bed.
2. I will not eat roasted chestnuts in the summertime.
3. I will not eat cheese-topped French onion soup in a formal setting.
4. I will not spaghetti with red sauce in a white dress.
5. I will not eat eels in this lifetime.

Okay, need clarification for first list, but to add to the second:

I will eat ____ but not ___ on a ____.
I will eat a chicken leg, but not chicken soup on a roller coaster.
I will eat a slice of watermelon, but not escargot on a back porch.
I will eat crepes suzette, but not a hamburger in an expensive restaurant. (If Brenda's buying...)

I like them, Bonnie. But the point was thinking up foods that even the most passionate lovers of salsa and chocolate sauce would never consider adulterating.
Laura, I haven't had crepes Suzette in years. You're making my mouth water?
Janice, pull my other leg, why dontcha? Not even a pregnant woman would stoop to putting chocolate sauce on pickles.
You're making my mouth water?
Okay, the question mark was a typo. I love Crepes Suzette.

i had them for lunch!
Maybe not chocolate sauce, but what about maple syrup? I love pure maple syrup and dill pickles! And no, I'm not pregnant!

Maple syrup and dill pickles? Please tell me you're kidding.
Here's something I learned just this morning: scrambled eggs are really good with port wine jelly.
