Want to have breakfast with me in Atlanta?

If you're a regular reader of this blog (even if you're just a lurker and not a commenter) and you're planning to be at the Romance Writers of America Conference in Atlanta next week, e-mail me if you'd like to get together for breakfast on Friday or Saturday. I enjoy meeting new people (my old friends get tired of me, so I have to keep making new ones), so don't be shy about contacting me.

If I see you in Atlanta and forget to offer you a snazzy purple pen and some chocolate, don't hesitate to remind me--I'll have a bag full of that stuff and who knows what else.

If you're not a member of RWA, remember that the mega-booksigning on Wednesday evening is free and open to the public. Sure, I know you'll be there to meet Nora Roberts and Susan Elizabeth Phillips and the other big names, but it won't kill you to wave hello to me as you rush past my table, will it?

Wish this was something I could attend. Unfortunately I have no money to go - that and I'm in Canada so it's a mighty long drive there and back ;o)

I'm going to National. It's my first one and I'm totally excited! I'd love to get together with you for breakfast.

Unfortunately I'm on the wrong side of the Atlantic, otherwise I'd have loved to have breakfast with you.

Have a great time!

Sue :-)

P.S. I LOVED A Family Forever. It was so sad (I shed a tear or three in places) but heartwarming too. As somebody who's also experienced God's healing grace I really identified with the characters. Thank you!

Not a memeber of RWA yet, but I wish I could come! I tried to comment this past weekend and our internet server kept messing with me...anyway, love your writing style here--you keep me smiling! Also, your posts over at the ACFW forums on blogging really REALLY were helpful to me! I'd just learned about technorati, but hadn't figured out their tagging system yet. Not to mention the many other jewels I learned, so thank you! And, I've added you to my blogroll...and would love to be added to yours! ;o)

Shelley - Too bad. I would have liked to meet you. Thanks for reading my blog.

Nancy - Excellent! I'll e-mail you this morning.

Sue - Sorry we can't meet in person, but thanks for mentioning my book. I'm glad you liked it, and I hope you'll tell all your friends about it.

Mary - Thanks for the kind words. I'm glad I was able to help you a little. And yes, of course I'll link to you.

Kristi, I'll look forward to seeing you on Wednesday night. I enjoy being yakked at. (But be warned: I'll yak back.)

Have a blast! It can't be any hotter than here. We lived in Atlanta for awhile. Great city. Good food. Especially Dante's fondue place, with the live alligators.
