Appreciating my blogger buds, Post #6

As promised, during the month of February I'll be publicly thanking each of the bloggers who is participating in my Free Books for Bloggers experiment. When any of those bloggers shoots me an e-mail to tell me they've posted, I'll give up some linky love.

I'm indebted to one of my favorite inspirational-romance cheerleaders, Camy Tang, for blogging about A Family Forever and posting a two-part interview with me. I believe she plans to run the second half of the interview tomorrow. Also, in addition to sending her a book to read, I sent one to be given away in a contest, so scoot over there and maybe you'll win it. Thank you, Camy!

And I mentioned this in the comments section of this post, but I'll say it again here, in case any of you missed it. Apparently, my book is even handier than a roll of duct tape. If you don't believe that, you should read the list of 101 household uses for it, as compiled by the irrepressible Chris Mikesell. (I think he's dividing his list into six posts, so begin by reading the February 17 entry and work your way up.)

I will caution you that some of Chris' suggestions may not be completely safe. As I sent him only the one free book, there's no way he could have conducted any exhaustive testing. Just so you know.

Okay... did Chris just not have anything to do this weekend?? What a HOOT!

That was the impression I got, Gina. Maybe his wife and kid were out of town and there was nothing good on cable.

Hey, c'mon--it was only a couple hours on Friday morning. The kid was at school, though, and there's (almost) never anything good on cable.

Congrats on the book publishing - its a journey isn't it? Love your site and have linked you ... I have a survey about blogging and journal writing that I would love to have your comments on ... if interested please email me or visit my site! Mmmmm ... coffee ... I can smell it so I'm off!

I love reading everybody's posts about your book! Of course, I loved reading your book, too. Not that I'm converted to the ways of inspirational romance or anything, but I did really enjoy A Family Forever ;)

And your son is cute! Not that I'm angling to be hooked up or anything...LOL.

Pamela, thank you very much. I've been offline most of the week and have a lot of catching up to do, but if you stop back by, please leave a link to your place and I'll take a look when I can.

Emily, I'm so glad you enjoyed my book. And yes, my Number One Son is a sweetheart. Not that I'm ready for a daughter-in-law or anything. ;-)
