Excuse for not blogging #50

It's New Year's Eve. Nobody expects me to blog on New Year's Eve, right?

Have a great weekend, everyone. If you're driving tonight, please be careful. I don't want to find any of you missing when I come back here on Monday.

P.S. Thanks to your and J. Mark Bertrand's enthusiasm, I am now the proud owner of a black moleskin notebook. :-)
And a new set of Schaeffer fountain pens with about 14 colors of ink. No scent, but got to save something for heaven. :-)

Happy New Year! I will ring in the New Year with a cough--a nasty one, too. Caught a bad cold yesterday. Talk about sucky timing. Well, it'll give me an excuse to cancel physical therapy next week. :)

Happy New Year Brenda,
I have visited your website many times, read your book (waiting on the next impatiently) and have been reading this blog for months but never said anything...why? INTIMIDATION haha you are an AUTHOR! My one dream, and to know you read my words would totally freak me out. So why now? Simple, it's a new year and I just turned 29 (Dec 30). Published or not I will be an author this year. I WILL finish this book! And I am crowding this comments section for one reason. I want people to know it was partly you that inspired me through your website...not sure if I should thank you though since Writing makes me forget stuff like laundry, cooking, and yea even eating haha....have a great year Brenda and drink Starbucks for me too!!! The closest one to me is THREE hours ( no joke ) never had Starbucks EVER.....poor me.

Julana, be sure to bookmark The Moleskinerie.

Camy, I'm sorry to hear you're not your usual chirpy self. Get better, sweetie!

Aw, Sharon, you sound like a sweetheart. Many thanks for the kind words. And HAPPY BIRTHDAY! I was 29 several times, and thought it quite nice. Have a wonderful year, and have fun with that novel.
